Why we're building RevenueTools

RevenueTools Team·

The messy middle is real

If you've worked in revenue operations for any length of time, you know the feeling. Your CRM handles contacts and deals. Your marketing platform handles campaigns and nurture. But somewhere between those systems and actual GTM execution, there's a gap.

We call it the messy middle.

It's the routing logic that decides which rep gets which lead. It's the territory model that determines who owns which accounts. It's the assignment rules that break every time your team grows by ten people. It's the spreadsheet someone emailed last quarter that somehow became your source of truth.

We've lived this

Our team has spent over a decade inside revenue operations. We've configured Salesforce routing rules at 11pm. We've rebuilt territory models in spreadsheets that crashed when they hit 10,000 rows. We've duct-taped together lead routing across three different tools because no single system handled calls, emails, and form submissions.

Every time, we thought: there has to be a better way to do this.

Two tools, one mission

On March 10th, we're launching two products that solve the problems we've spent years working around:

A cross-channel routing engine that handles leads, calls, and emails from a single set of rules. Route across Sales, CS, Support, and Onboarding without maintaining separate systems for each channel. Skills-based matching, capacity limits, time zones — the things that actually matter when a lead comes in.

A territory planning tool that doesn't require a six-figure contract. Geographic and account-based models. Balance by account count, revenue, or whatever metric matters to your business. Visual enough to be useful, affordable enough to actually buy.

Built by operators, for operators

We're not building these tools from a product lab. We're building them from the ops floor. Every feature starts with a real problem we've personally debugged, a real spreadsheet we've personally cursed at, a real routing rule we've personally rewritten at midnight.

If you've lived through the messy middle, we're building this for you.
